Previously he served as Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Ukrnafta PJSC (2015-2019) and was a Senior Vice President at BG Group plc (2008-2015).

Mr. Michael Lynch-Bell spent a 38-year career with Ernst & Young (EY), where he led its Global Oil and Gas, UK IPO, and Global Oil and Gas and Mining transaction advisory practices. Since leaving EY, he has developed a strong board career, including his position of Deputy Chair and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the then FTSE250 large-scale blue-chip mining organisation, KAZ Minerals plc. He was previously an Independent Non-Executive Director of Barloworld Limited and also Lenta Limited. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of AIM and TSX-listed Serabi Gold Plc, a Non-Executive Director of London-listed Gem Diamonds Limited, and Independent Non-Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Little Green Pharma Ltd. Michael graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA Hons Economics and Accountancy and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Alastair joined Tirupati Graphite as an Associate of Corporate and Business Development in early 2023 and has built up the corporate & investor development functions and enhanced cross jurisdictional communication abilities of the Company to equip it with the tools needed to support its expected growth. Alastair’s experience within international commodity trading developed his passion for business development and public affairs, corporate communications and sustainability. As an Executive Director, Alastair provides a Board-level executive presence of the Company in London and continues to execute his Corporate and Business Development responsibilities, building the Company’s global profile across stakeholders. Alastair started his career at PwC in London before moving onto commodity trading and investment management.

Mr. Singh has over 35 years of diversified experience in the resource industry and project management in India, Africa, Indonesia, Bhutan etc. Well versed with mining codes/regulations of various countries for minerals like iron ore, copper, graphite, lithium, coal, gold, etc., he has worked on multiple projects in diverse companies. He is a well learned and experienced geologist. Having worked with Geological Survey of India for about 30 years at multiple executive levels, he has exceptional geological interpretation skills and a huge record of achievements. Mr. Singh is also associated with geologists bodies around the world and has published papers in global forums. Determining resource of diverse minerals and metals. Mr. Singh has been the key man in the discovery of the resource in our projects. Mr. Singh has been providing able leadership in the development of the Company's projects in Madagascar since the early days and has extensive recognition in the Malagasy Government.
